Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Iceland's Reykjavik. She runs and owns Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, where she trains athletes. Annie became the very first woman ever to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games on two occasions. She finished second both in the year 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit weightlifter, athlete as well as a media star. She was the winner of CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice, becoming the first female winner. Also, she was credited with winning the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 and 2017. Annie was brought up with her family in Reykjavik Iceland. She enjoyed playing sports and started working out at the age of five. In 2009, she participated in CrossFit competitions held in California. The first performances were impressive. Annie Thorisdottir's ages are 31 years old (as as of 2021). She's 5'7 tall and weighs about 67 pounds. Annie began with her CrossFit experience in 2009 California. She did well in her first competitions and was at the top of the list out of 70. The team was unable to win any awards but ended up in 11th place in the final rankings. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. For CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen she finished in seconds place and won the silver medal same year. Due to her exceptional performance, she managed to take home her first CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. In 2012, Annie was again the winner of the CrossFit Games because of her extraordinary performance. She was the first female athlete to win the two CrossFit Games consecutively. A silver medal was won in 2014; and in 2021, she was awarded an award of bronze in the CrossFit Games. Presently Annie is a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie's rise in popularity as an athlete has seen her become the spokesperson for many sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Periodization Nuunhydration Sidekick Yerbae. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel named "Annie", with over a thousand viewers. This is the channel where she posts videos on eating habits, parenting as well as travel.
