Annie Mist Thorisdottir works as an experienced professional CrossFit athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She also is the founder of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it in addition. Annie is the sole female in history to have won the CrossFit Games two times. In 2010, she finished in second place. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter who is also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete and celebrity media personality. She won CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice as the first women. In 2013 and 2017 she took home the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie together with her parents and her siblings, was raised to Reykjavik Iceland. When she was a kid she was an avid enthusiast of fitness and sports. She participated in many school events and earned several medals. In 2009 she first participated in the CrossFit competitions in California where she performed relatively good in her first games. Annie Thorisdottir's age is 31 years (as of 2021). She is 5' 7" tall, and weighs around 67 pounds. Annie began CrossFit in California in 2009. In the initial games she performed very well and finished in the top 10 among 70. She did not manage to get any results from the event and finished it with a ranking of 11. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. The coach Jami Tikannen guided her to the second position in CrossFit Games, and a medal of silver in that year. After a year in CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant accomplishment earned her the title. Annie was again victorious at her place in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her exceptional performance. It was her first time as a female athlete to win two CrossFit Games at once. Additionally, in 2014 Annie was awarded a Silver Medal, and most recently in 2021 she was awarded Bronze at the CrossFit Games. Annie trains and coaches in Crossfit Reykjavik. It was her concept. Annie has gained notoriety for her athletic talents, is featured in ads for sporting products like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration's sidekick Yerbae Renewal Periodization Transparent Labs as well as others. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel, which is called "Annie", with over 1,000 viewers. This is where she shares videos about eating habits, parenting and travel.
