Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, and joined in 2007. The church is also the director of pastoral care to the Acts 29 Network. His passion is to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He sits on the committee of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online pieces and is a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Achieving Change in Lives with God's Changeless truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne, his wife Leslie and their three kids.
